4. Payments & Refunds

  • The course fee is £24.99, payable via our website.

  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal and other payment gateways.

  • Refunds are only granted under specific conditions:

    • Duplicate purchases.

    • Technical access issues that cannot be resolved within 7 business days.

    • Course was purchased but never accessed (must request a refund within 14 days of purchase).

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind after purchasing.

    • Partial or full course completion followed by a refund request.

    • Discounted or free access purchases.

5. Technical Issues & Support

  • We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the masterclass, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or platform issues.

  • If you experience technical difficulties, please contact connect@perfectpartner.love, and we will assist you within 2 business days.

6. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaints should be submitted via email to connect@perfectpartner.love with the subject line: "Complaint – [Your Name]".

  • We will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 7 business days.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation before any legal action is taken.

  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on course content.
